Prague is a beautiful place that is a lot like Boston in terms of size and population (1.2 million). Like all other cities we visited on this tour, water runs right through the center of it and gives it a distinct charm. In Prague's case, the water separates the modern city from Old Town. I recommend blocking off a full day just to walk around Old Town and go through all the buildings. It's beautiful, educational and unique.
The highlight of the trip was spending time with my Help Scout teammate Michal, who lives in Prague and thankfully speaks Czech. We had two great nights at local restraunts and had the two best meals of our whole trip. And wow, now that I've had Czech Pils, I'll never be the same. It's some of the best beer I've ever tasted.
